History of Tollygunj Agragami
The Tollygunge Agragami team was founded in the year 1943 as Russa Agragami Samity, and later renamed as Tollygunge Agragami in 1955. Their home ground is the Rabindra Sarobar Stadium, which has a capacity of 17,000. They play their home NFL matches at the Salt Lake Stadium though. Although the team has not been as successful as their city rivals, Kingfisher East Bengal FC and Mohun Bagan A.C., they are a team to watch out for. Kolkata based Wear industries is sponsoring this team.
