India"s largest bird sanctuary named Harike Bird Sanctuary is located near this region. Yellow Eyed Pigeon, Tufted Duck, Yellow clowned Woodpecker, Watercock, White rumped vulture are some of the species of birds that can be seen in this sanctuary.
