Kundalini Mudra Kundalini mudra is a form of Hatha or Hand Yoga and is the way to the attainment of inner source of energy through regular practice. It is performed for awakening sexual force. This mudra is associated with the union of a man and woman. The performance of this Hatha Yoga requires the involvement of both the hands. Kundalini mudra can be performed anywhere at any time.

Practice of Kundalini Mudra
Kundalini mudra involves both the hands. It is required to form a loose fist with both the hands. Then the left index finger is extended and is adhered into the right fist from below. Then the pad of the right thumb is placed on the left finger tip. This mudra is held as low as possible in front of the abdomen.

Kundalini mudra can be practiced three times per day for around fifteen minutes. It should be done as required or unless the desired outcome is achieved under the guidance of a Yoga expert.

Kundalini mudra is associated with sexual energy and this mudra confirms the awakening of sexual force. Kundalini unifies the masculine and the feminine and above all, this mudra epitomises the conjugation of the individual soul with cosmic soul. The four fingers of the right hand, in a circular form, represent the external observable world; whereas, the left index finger signifies a person`s mind and soul, while the thumb portrays the Divine power.
