Kamasutra is the doctrine of love. Amidst its illustration Kamasutra happens to be the "aphorisms of love" which ideally portrays that love is not just the physical union but the communion of two souls where assessing each other`s mind is the crux.

When a man tries to make relation with a woman he should assess the status of her mind and do accordingly. In case she listens to him, but does not expresses her intensions or comes to him fully, then he can take the help of a mediator.

If the girl meets him regularly in some lonely place while decked up properly, it can be thought that the man can get hold of her by the use of a little force. Another case is when a woman allows a man to roam around her but cannot decide and therefore fails to come him this type of woman can also be win over by keeping a constant touch with her.

According to Kamasutra when a woman avoids a man and never meets him because of her self-respect or other factor, this case should handled be with extra care. Like either he has to develop a close family relation with her or employ a very cunning and smart intermediator.

When a man woos a woman, and she reproaches him with insensitive or ruthless words, she should not be entertained and discarded at once. But in the same case if a woman reproaches him but at the same time show some affection towards him she should be loved and pampered.

When a woman meets up a man somewhere in some lonely place, and endures the touch of his foot but makes an impression of not following it should be conquered by patience, and by continuous efforts.

In case the woman happens to sleep in his environs he should put his left arm around her and see her reaction when she wakes up. If her refusal is nominal and it seems that she wants it again then the man can embrace her more tightly and passionately, this can also be done by the foot. If after embracing she gets up and leave the place but again in next day reacts the same as before it seems that she is willing to continue the relation. If she disappeared for a long time he should take the help of a mediator and if after disappearing for an extensive time she again appears and behaves with him as usual, the man should get a feeling that she wants the sexual union with him.

When a woman gives a man an opportunity, and makes her own love noticeable to him, he should continue to get pleasure from her. The way of expression of a woman by which she manifest her love are as follows:

•She calls out to a man without being communicated by him in the first instance.
•She shows herself to him in secret places.
•She speaks to him tremblingly and indistinctly.
•Her fingers and toes moistened with sweat and her face dazzling with happiness and pleasure.
•She engages herself with shampooing his body and pressing his head.
•When shampooing she works with one hand only, while the other hand will touch and embrace parts of his body at the same time.
•She remains with both hands placed on his body motionless as if she had been surprised by something, or was overcome by weariness.
•She sometimes bends down her face upon his thighs and, when asked to shampoo them does the work willingly without any hesitation.
•She places one of her hands quite motionless on his body, and even though the man should press it between two members of his body, she does not remove it for a long time.
•Lastly, when she has opposed all the efforts of the man to gain her over, she returns to him next day to shampoo his body as before.

Kamasutra also affirms that when such a situation arises that a woman does not reveal anything to a man that neither she gives him chance to get closure nor she avoids him then a female servant can help him and make the girl accessible to him. When the man called the woman and she shows the same reaction the man can get the help of a mediator but if the woman say nothing to him the man should think twice before deciding anything. Thus ends the examination of the state of a woman`s mind.

The different symbols, which define the time of winning over a girl, can be described as follows: after proper introduction and a comfortable conversation between one another the man should express his love to the woman, and if she receives the hint with full enthusiasm the man can try to win her over without hesitation; if the woman express externally to the man in their first meeting, it is understood that she can be gain over easily. In case any lustful woman express her explicit love on first meet, the man can try to get her at that very moment. The woman irrespective of her nature whether she is wise, simple or confiding, can be easily gained over who gives open demonstration of her love.
