Dhokha , Indian filmDhoka is the third directorial attempt by Pooja Bhatt after Paap and Holiday. The story of the movie is written by Mahesh Bhatt and the music is done by M.M.Kreem and Shiraz Uppal

The movie introduces newcomer Muzammil Ibrahim opposite Tulip Joshi of Meri Yaar Ki Shaadi Hain fame. The supporting cast of the film includes Anupam Kher ,Gulshan Grover and Ashutosh Rana .

Muzammil Ibrahim is the male lead who plays the role of Zaid Ahmed a young cop in Mumbai. Zaid is totally devoted to his work and is an officer of repute. Zaid is married to beautiful Sarah who is a Kashmiri played by Tulip Joshi .The couple are deeply in love with each other until a tragic incidentchange their life forever .A bomb blast occurs at the New Century Club ,Mumbai which ruptures the peaceful life of the city. While Zaid helps the victims of the blast, his life shatters when he finds the dead body of his beautiful wife Sarah among the victims.

The twist in the story comes here where the investigations reveal that Sarah was not a victim but the suicidal human bomb. It comes out that she was responsible for the catastrophic bombing. This revelation completely shocks Zaid . Zaid recalls the sweet memories of the years he spent with his wife. He is shattered by the realization that Sarah had a past, which was full of pain, strife and injustice.

The film goes on to explain the brutal side of terrorism and only presents a perspective why people blow themselves up.
