Steps of Back Mudra
The steps of back mudra are very simple to perform and it involves both hands for practice. There are separate mudras for right and left hands which has to be done in conjunction with each another.


•The thumb, middle finger, and little finger of the right hand should be touching and the index finger and ring finger are extended.
•The thumb joint is placed on the nail of the index finger of left hand.
•This mudra is practised for four times a day for 4 minutes or, against acute complaints, until it has an effect.
