Order of the house
After getting up in the morning one should perform some duties like washing teeth, applying ointment, aromatizing his body, putting some eye lotion to his eyes, color lips and eat betel leaves to give fragrance to the mouth and thus become ready for the day. Taking bath every day, putting oil and lathering substance to his body every day and every three days respectively, shaving his head and face every four days and other parts every five or ten days are mandatory.

One should always look fresh and there should be no sweating. According to charayana one should eat in the morning, afternoon and at night. An environment should be created with sweet talk with the woman and thus should enhance the feel and urge to make the ultimate intimate relation lot more energetic; and the day can conclude with a happy note.

Apart from these regular activities, the following things can also be done for the greater purpose of reviving and recreating.

Festivals
To get rid of utter boredom of the same old duties social meeting can be arranged on a particular auspicious day in the temple of Saraswati where the singers or the persons who has newly come to the town can perform. What is said is, these performers also need to be awarded in accord to their performance. The assembly chooses their members to form the group, which act in concert at the time of sorrow and happiness. The citizens should always show hospitality to the strangers and thus maintain a good relation to everybody in the society.

Social Gatherings
Social gathering can be explained as when men of the same age, temper and talents who are also of same educational background sit together and discuss some current issues. The subject of conversation can be the completion of verses half composed by others, or on some arts. The discussion can be on some beautiful women, about their likings and disliking, their attraction, etc.

Arrangements of House, Kamasutra Drinking Parties
At these parties men and women drink liquors such as Madhu, Aireya, Sara and Asawa, which are bitter and sour in taste. Drinks can also be made from various trees, wild fruits and leaves. Men should make the public women drunk to enjoy the ultimate mood of the party.

Going to Gardens or Picnics
In the morning after having breakfast men dressed well should go to the garden accompanied with public women and servants. There they need to enjoy the time with various activities like cock, ram and quail fighting. In the afternoon whilst returning home they should bring bunches of flowers. In summer men should bath in a place, which is properly built in one case, and enjoy the pleasure of bathing.

Other Social activities
Some of the important other activities which are to be carried out by the citizens are spending nights playing with dice, a stroll in moonlight, eating the fibers of lotuses, plucking the sprouts and fruits of mango trees, sporting in the water, decorating each other with the kadamba flowers, etc. Male citizens therefore can be classified into three broad categories like Pithamarda, Vita and Vidushaka.

"Pithamarda" is the man who has nothing without his mallika, some lathering substance and a red cloth, he is skilled in all the arts and is very famous among the citizens and the abode of the public women. A "Vita" is a man who has possessed all the qualities of a householder, he lives with his wife and honored in the assembly of citizen and abode of public women. "Vidushaka" is a person who is trustworthy and entertainer to all. The citizen in good relation with everybody should please his friends and also should coerce others with his support. He should also make other citizens to help each other. A verse further supports this account.

"A citizen discoursing, not entirely in the Sanskrit language, 18 nor wholly in the dialects of the country, on various topics in society, obtains great respect. The wise should not resort to a society disliked by the public, governed by no rules, and intent on the destruction of others. But a learned man lives in a society which acts according to the wishes of the people, and which has pleasure for its only object is highly respected in this world."
