Zonal Museum of Dehradun is located inside Anthropological Survey of India on Hardwar Road. The Anthropological Survey of India established the museum in the year 1971. Physical and Cultural Anthropology of the North Western India, including the Central and Western Himalayas are preserved in the museum.
The visiting hour of the museum is from 10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M and from 2.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M.The museum remains closed on Sundays, 2nd Saturdays and public holidays.
