Zayed Khan, also known as Zayed Abbas Khan, is a popular actor of Indian film industry. He also works as a film producer. The actor stepped into the film industry with the movie Main Hoon Na where his performance received praises. Zayed Khan is also famed in the film industry for his unique style statement.

Early Life of Zayed Khan
Zayed Khan was born to Sanjay Khan, former Bollywood actor, and Zarine Khan, an interior designer by profession, on 5th of July 1980. He is the youngest of his siblings. Her sisters are Sussanne Roshan who is married to the Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan Ali who is the wife of DJ Aqeel and Simone Khan. He is also the first cousin of another actor Fardeen Khan who is the son of actor Feroze Khan. Zayed Khan initially studied at Welham Boys` School, Dehradun but later moved to Kodaikanal International School, Kodaikanal where he studied with his childhood friend Esha Deol. He also studied Film Making at London Film Academy and Business Management at the University of Washington.

Film Career of Zayed Khan
Zayed Khan entered the film arena through his movie Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne in the year 2003 for which he was nominated for Zee Cine Awards Best Male Debut in 2004. In the following year he was starred in the movie Main Hoon Na which earned him one of the biggest hit of his career. The movie also became the second highest-grossing film of 2004 and achieved huge success at the box office. For this movie, Zayed also won the nomination for Filmfare Awards for Best Supporting Actor in 2005.

In the year 2005, the actor had four releases. He played the role of an obsessive lover in the movie Vaada co starring Arjun Rampal and Amisha Patel. He was a photography professor in the movie "Shabd" where he worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. His next movie was an action thriller "Dus" where he performed as a cop. His last movie of the year was Shaadi No. 1 which failed at the box office. In 2006, Zayed was featured in Sohail Khan`s action multi-starrer, Fight Club - Members Only. In the same year his movie Rocky: The Rebel also released. In the next year he did two multi-starrer movies namely Cash and Speed. In the year 2008, he appeared in the movie Yuvvraaj alongside Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anil Kapoor. Zayed Khan played the lead role in Apoorva Lakhia`s Mission Istaanbul where he shared the screen with Vivek Oberoi. On the recommendation of Sanjay Dutt he was featured in the movie Blue in 2009 which created the record of having the highest budget for a Bollywood film. His other ventures include Anjaana Anjaani and Tezz. Zayed Khan started producing films in 2011. He co-owns a production house along with Dia Mirza and her fiance Sahil Sanga which is known as Born Free Entertainment. Love Breakups Zindagi was the first movie of this production house which received moderate responses.

Personal Life of Zayed Khan
On 20th of November 2005, Zayed Khan married his childhood friend Mallaika Parekh. They have two sons named Zidaan and Aariz.
