Yukta Mookhey, Bollywood ActressYukta Mookhey, the former Miss World was born on 7th October1979 to parents InderLal and Aruna, Yukta`s earlier education was in the Gulf because her father`s work took the family there. Her family is originally from north India. Later they settled in Mumbai. Yukta Mookhey`s mother Aruna runs a grooming workshop while her father Inderlal is the managing director of Ragz Clothing Company. It was her mother who encouraged her to enter the Femina Miss India contest. Yukta graduated in Zoology from Kelkar College, Mumbai and holds a diploma in computer sciences. She has also studied North Indian Classical Music.

By winning the Miss World title in 1999, Yukta set a record of India winning three Miss World title in the past one decade. The 49th Miss World pageant was held on 4 December 1999 at London`s Olympia Hall and was hosted by Ulrika Jonsson and model Melanie Sykes. Yukta was chosen Miss World 1999 over 93 other contestants. Now she acts in Hindi movies. The film "Pyaasa" with actor Aftab Shivdasani was her first debut movie but it turned out to be a flop. She has also acted in few other movies.

Personal Life of Yukta Mukhi
This graceful lady got engaged to Prince Tuli on September 7, 2008 at the Grand Maratha in Mumbai. He is the son of Bacchitar Singh Tuli and Harinder Kaur Tuli and his family owns a business empire in central India. The couple has a son now.
