Mamata Banerjee
Mamata Banerjee is the present Chief Minister of West Bengal and the founder of All India Trinamool Congress. She established her own party in the year 1997, after moving away from the Indian National Congress. Banerjee has the charge of 9 major departments under the West Bengal government, which includes Land and Land Reforms, Minority Affairs and Madrassah Education, Home, Information and Cultural Affairs, Health and Family Welfare, Power and Agriculture. Banerjee is renowned as a protester and is affectionately referred to as Didi. Mamata Banerjee previously occupied the positions of Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Minister of Coal and Minister of Railways twice.

Vasundhara Raje Scindia
Vasundhara Raje Scindia is the former Chief Minister of the state of Rajasthan, India. She was the first woman Chief Minister of Rajasthan and she presided over the office from December 2003 up to December 2008. Vasundhara Raje, a born princess learnt the basics of political niceties from her mother late Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia and elder brother late Madhavrao Scindia. Since an early age she has been working for social causes. With her devotion, sincerity and efficiency Vasundhara Raje, earned the portfolio of Minister of State for External Affairs in 1998-99 and Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee headed the cabinet. Raje was again included in the Central Ministry on October 13, 1999, as State Minister with independent charge of Small Industries, Personnel and Training, Pension and Pensioners Welfare, Personnel and Public Grievances and Pension Ministry, Nuclear Energy Department and Space Department, etc.

Sheila Dikshit
Sheila Dikshit is the Chief Minister of Delhi since 1998. An Indian politician, she is a member of Indian National Congress. In January 2009, Dikshit has sworn in as the Chief Minister for a 3rd consecutive term. Sheila Dikshit is the 2nd woman Chief Minister of Delhi and represents the New Delhi Constituency in the Legislative Assembly of Delhi. She has also served the chairperson of the Young Women`s Association. Even sections within Congress, Sheila Dikshit nicknamed as an Outsider. 65-year-old Sheila Dikshit has demonstrated her popularity by spearheading Congress back to power in Delhi for the Third consecutive time in an extraordinary feat. She represents Gole Market Constituency in the Assembly. In 1970`s, she was chairperson of the Young Women`s Association and had set up two of most successful hostels for working women in Delhi.
