Mandra Waterfall

Numerous tourists visit the highly popular waterfall, mainly during the months between October to February. The waterfall of Teerathgarh plunges on the Mugabahar River. A temple of Shiva and Parvati is also located here and hence this region around the waterfall is ideal for both travelers and pilgrims.

Gavar Ghat, Koriya Waterfall
This is a stunning small waterfall near Tarra village, close to Baikunthpur in Chhattisgarh. The Gavar Ghat waterfall is around 50 feet in height and almost 10 feet in width. The surrounding area is adorned with forests. This place boasts of immense natural beauty.
Ramdaha Waterfall
The Ramdaha Waterfall is a beautiful natural waterfall, located near Bhavarkhoh village, around 160 km away from Baikunthpur. The waterfall is on the Banas River and the height of the waterfall is almost 120 feet. It is 25 feet in terms of width.
Amrit Dhara Waterfall
The Amrit Dhara waterfall is located on the Hasdo River in Koriya District of Chhattisgarh. It is around 90 feet in height and 15 feet wide. The dense forests surrounding the waterfall give an extravagant view for tourists. The best time to visit the place is the monsoons. However,the waterfall never dries up, thus can be visited anytime of the year. The surrounding area is rather mystical and stunning. The presence of a temple of Lord Shiva adds to the mysticism. An annual fair is organised here on the occasion of Mahashivratri, which was started by Ramanuj Pratap Singh Judeo, in the year 1936.
Charre-Marre Falls
Located in the Kanker district of Chhattisgarh, the Charre-Marre Falls is another marvellous sight in Chhattisgarh. It is fed by River Jogidhara, which is also called Antagarh river or the Kutri nadi. This waterfall is known as the jewel or crown of Kanker district. It is 16 m in height. It takes the shape of a zig-zag waterfall. It attracts tourists from all over the world.
Ghatarani Waterfall
Ghatarani waterfall is located at about 25 kms from Jatmai village near Bhilai and about 75 kms from Raipur. It is surrounded by thick dense forests. This place can be reached after a short trek through the forest. Unlike many other waterfalls in Chhattisgarh, Ghatarani waterfall is not visited during the monsoons due the extremely dangerous levels of the fast flowing waters.
Mandawa Waterfalls
Mandawa waterfall is located in a village called Mandawa in the Bastar district. The water flows from a height of 70 feet. It then falls in a small reservoir which flows down in the Kanger River. The freshness of the area and the surroundings makes it one of the best waterfalls in Chhattisgarh.
Malanjhkudum Waterfalls
This waterfall is located 15 kms away towards the south of Kanker. The Malanjhkudum plunges on Doodh river. It is another spectacular destination in Chhattisgarh. Three waterfalls- each 10m, 15m and 9m in height, collectively create the Malanjhkudum falls- one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Chhattisgarh.
