Vishnuvardhan, who was also known as Vishnu Vardhan was a member of the bronze medallist Indian men`s team for 2010 Asian games in Guangzhou, China.

Early Life of Vishnu Vardhan
Vishnu Vardhan was born on 27th July in the year 1987. He was also known as J. Vishnuvardhan. He is a professional tennis player from India paired-up with and Sania Mirza, another famous tennis player from Indian tennis team for mixed doubles and they won silver medal. Vishnu Vardhan did his schooling from DAV Safilguda, Hyderabad, which is now the capital of both the states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Career of Vishnu Vardhan
Vishnu Vardhan is considered a promising prospect for Indian tennis. He is representing the next generation of the sport in the country and succeeding Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi. He has represented Indian Tennis Team in the Davis Cup and was part of the team that defeated Uzbekistan Tennis Team and Philippines Tennis Team in route to qualifying for the World Group of Tennis Tournament.

Vishnu Vardhan began to show glimpses of his talent in tennis right from a young age. He performed well on the junior circuit of tennis. In the year 2003, Vishnu Vardhan proved to be his defining year on the junior circuit with Vishnu Vardhan winning the Junior Nationals. He earned himself a place in the Indian Junior Davis Cup team. This success on the junior circuit translated itself into glory in Inter-University tournaments as well, with Vishnu Vardhan capturing the gold medal in successive tournaments as the team captain of Indian tennis. Vishnu Vardhan has won the Grass Court Nationals and achieving a career-high national ranking of two. J. Vishnu Vardhan or Vishnu Vardhan won this first futures tournament on 11th July. In the year 2012, Vishnu Vishnu won the Zuari Garden City-ITF against Sriram Balaji 7-6(7), 6-3.

Vishnu Vardhan participated in the 2012 London Olympics in the Men`s Doubles category partnering Leander Paes, another tennis player from India. Vishnu Vardhan and his co-partner Leander Paes crashed out of the Olympic doubles after a 7-6 (7/3), 4-6, 6-3 defeat against French Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Michael Llodra.
