He is an overseas player and has also played for the England and Worcestershire cricket team. He was born on April 1, 1976 in Rajasthan. He did his education in Regis School and University of Wolverhampton in England.

This right-arm offbreak bowler of the Rajasthan Cricket team started his "First-class" cricket career in 1995. In the "List A" matches, Vikram Singh Solanki debuted in 1993. The "Twenty20" cricket debut of Vikram Singh Solanki was against Gloucestershire, which was held at Worcester on July 2 in 2004. In the "One Day International" (ODI) matches, Vikram Singh Solanki had his debut against South Africa, which was held at Bloemfontein on January 23 in 2000.
