Vikram Gokhale, the son of another veteran actor Chandrakant Gokhale is a well-known actor of Marathi Theatre and also a well-known Hindi film and television actor. The actor is credited with acting in more than 30 professional Marathi and Hindi theatre productions. He has acted in more than 150 Marathi and Hindi main stream professional films. He has also acted in many other regional languages like in Gujrati films, Telegu Films. He has also done over 20 Hindi and Marathi parallel films and theatre productions. Apart from movies he has also acted in Marathi, Hindi and English Television Serials. He belongs to the school of acting and direction of Constantin Stanislavsky of Russia, Peter Brook of England, Late Mr. Fritz Benevitz of Germany and Mrs. Vijaya Mehta of India

Career of Vikram Gokhale
Vikram Gokhale has made a great mark in the Bollywood Film industry with all his power packed roles. Some of the Bollywood chartbusters in which he appeared are `Tum Bin`, `Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam`, `Hey Ram` and many more. He played a significant role is the multi-starrer `Bhool Bhulaiya`. Apart from movies he has also acted in many serials like `Alpviram`, `Sanjivani`, `Virrudh` and many others. He also acted in many award winning plays like Jawai Majha Bhala, Aappa Ani Bappa, Khara Sanghayacha Tar.

Other works of Vikram Gokhale
Gokhale has also ventured as a director with a Marathi film Aaghat in 2010. The movie was produced by Produced by Sprint Arts Creations Pvt. Ltd. He even remained the head of department at P.B.S.I., Pune, for a year teaching the science of dramaturgy along with the techniques of theatre, television and celluloid. He was also the visiting professor for the science of dramaturgy at Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Gokhale is also associated with social welfare programs in Maharashtra providing support for disabled soldiers, unaffected kids of leper parents, education of orphan children and others. He also runs a real estate firm, Sujata Farms in Pune. Few of his forthcoming movies are Daughter, Mahabali, Allah Ke Bande, Stone Man, Life Partner and many others.
