Priyadarshini is widely visited by all the tourists and nature lovers. It is also popularized as Forsyth Point. It is a vantage point for viewing.

Jamuna Prapat is the name of fantastic fall which supplies water for drinking to the residents of Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh. It also can be identified as Bee Fall.

Handi Khoh is the most spectacular `ravine`. It consists of a very steep cliff, which rises to a height of nearly three hundred ft above the sea level. Sides of this landscape also are very sharp.

Apsara Vihar is another tourist locale. It is recognized as Fairy Pool. It has developed as an ideal spot for picnicking. The pool is quite shallow and deepens down only towards the fall`s base.

Jata Shankar is a holy cave, which is situated under the bulk of loosen boulders. A stream namely Jambu Dwip originates from here. It has been named so since the structure of the place is such that it resembles Lord Shiva`s entangled.

Dhoopgarh is also an interesting place of Pachmarhi. It is the most eminent point of the Satpura range. It offers a panoramic view of the nearby mountainous ranges. One can catch glimpse of the beauty of setting sun from this place.

Pandav Caves - Tourism in Pachmarhi, Madhya PradeshPandav Caves are 5 primitive abodes, which have been unearthed from a rock of sandstone lying on low hilly region. It is believed the name Pachmarhi has been derived from these caves which once upon a time was thought to have provided shelter to all the 5 Pandav brothers of Mahabharata fame. Nowadays these are preserved as magnificent monuments.

Tridhara is a famous picnic spot. Popularly called as Piccadilly Circus, it is the place where 2 streams are joined together.

Vanshree Vihar is popularly called Pansy Pool. It has a wonderful place full with Denwa stream, chilly and shaded trees and also ferns and semi-tropical foliage.

Reechhgarh is a landmark. It is a beautiful `natural amphitheatre`. One also can reach there through an entrance on its southern side. The entrance also resembles to that of a cave.

Sangam is an interesting place in Pachmarhi. It lies in the low land. There are wonderful bathing pools also.

Catholic Church, another interesting place, was constructed in the year 1892. It was constructed under the supervision of the British rulers. Windows made of stained glass enhance the glory and beauty of the entire building. There is an ancient graveyard, which lies adjoining to the church

Christ Church is another beautiful church, which has been built in the year 1875. There is a bowl for baptismal water. It is a unique brass object. The church also houses an ancient bell. Sounds of its chimes can be listened from far off places also.

Satpura National Park - Tourism in Pachmarhi, Madhya PradeshSatpura National Park is another interesting locale. Being established in the year 1981, it encompasses an area of nearly five hundred and twenty four sq. kms. It is covered with thick forest areas where trees like teak, evergreen Sal, and bamboo are grown in abundance. Other attractions of the park are panoramic views of lofty summits of Mahadeo and Dhoopgarh, `teak and bamboo forests`, deep valleys, high mountains, rivulets, waterfalls and Tawa`s vast reservoir and many more. This park has proved to be an ideal abode of animals like bison, tiger, Leopard, bear, four-horned deer, and blue-bull. Unique species of birds too have enhanced the tourists` attraction.

Bharat Neer or Dorothy Deep is another cluster of caves with paintings of animals. While digging up in the 1930s multitudes of pottery ruins and microliths are found. Asthachal or Monte Rosa comprises of 4 shelters housing paintings, which constitute linear drawings of earlier times. Six more shelters are situated on the north of Jambu Dwip valley.

Paintings like animal, human images are found. A painting depicting a battle scene in an elaborate manner is worth mentioning. Another cave is Harper`s Cave. It has been named after one of its drawings, which depict a man in a seat, `playing a harp`. It lies at a place very close to the shrine of Jata Shankar. Another one is Chieftain`s Cave. The derivation of its name is from a combat scene, which depicts 2 headmen riding on horses. Kites Crag has a terrace stretching to its south, south eastern and eastern faces houses excellent cave paintings. Maximum of these paintings are either made using white colours or sketched in red.
