But the character she enjoyed playing the most was Prabhavati in the Prakash Jha film `Lok Nayak` where she played from 20 to 72 years old.
According to her this was the most challenging role in her career. Among other characters she also enjoyed the character of Riya in `Astitva`. She feels that she can relate more to her character in `Astitva` than in `Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki`. The former one is a very confident, optimistic and fun-filled one, which reflects the real life nature of the actress while the later one being very self-centered cannot be claimed similar to that of the real life of the actor. Her fans also miss her very much in the character of Mallika in the popular Balaji soap `Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki`.
She claims that as it always happens in serials the characters are often given a break and made to come back with a great splash. In the popular soap `Sarkaar Risston Ki Anjani Kahani` she plays the character of Urvashi who is the dutiful elder daughter-in-law of the family and an absolute pet of Priyamvada. She appears opposite the popular actor Ronit Roy as his better half.
In the recent past this extremely talented actress has a whoping amount of Rs. 2.5 lakhs in the Zee Televisions game show `Kam Ya Zyada`. The benevolent nature of Tisca Chopra was revealed when she decided to donate the entire sun to a Buddhist Organization named Bharat Soka Ghakkai, which is an NGO for peace, culture and education. Very few people know that she has converted into the religion of Buddhism a few years back.
In the initial stages her interest in this religion was only limited to readings but later on she not only converted herself but also extends a helping hand for any Buddhist cause that come her way.
