Residents of the state of Orissa enjoy innumerable delectable sweet dishes which range from `Bundia`, `Arisha Pitha`, `Chhena Gaja`, `Attakali`, `Chandrakanti`, `Chhena Malpua` to `Chakuli Pitha`, `Biri Buha`, `Bada Kanti`, `Chhena Poda`, `Kalakand`, `Chhena Jili`, `Khasta Puri`, `Gotai`, ` Manohar`, `Sarapuli`, `Karanji`, `Khaja`, `Kheersagar`, `San Pitha`, `Ladu`, `Tala Pitha`, `Mathapuli`, `Tripuri` and several others.
