Eligibility Criteria for the State Medical Entrance Exams
The minimum eligibility criterion for the medical entrance exams is a pass in the 10+2 examination or any other equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as core subjects. Students with B.Sc degree can also appear for the entrance tests. Moreover, the candidate must have completed 17 years of age at the time of college admissions. Minimum of 50 per cent marks is mandatory that means a candidate must have obtained 50 per cent marks in all the three core subjects at the qualifying exam.
