Shyam Lal College (Evening), New DelhiFounded by the famous Indian poet and lyricist, Shyam Lal Gupta, popularly known by his pen name Parshad, the Shyam Lal College is located in the union territory of India, New Delhi. With the financial assistance of the Chairman Shyam Lal Charitable Trust, the Shyam Lal College (Evening) began operating on 8th September, 1969.

Shyam Lal College (Evening) houses various departments like Commerce, Economics, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Political Science and Physical Education. Each one of these departments also has formed their "Academic Societies". The college offers courses at undergraduate level only.
