Saru Maru Caves, Madhya PradeshSaru Maru is an archeological site of an ancient monastic complex and Buddhist caves. Saru Maru Caves site is located near the Pangoraria village in Sehore District of Madhya Pradesh. It is almost 120 km south of Sanchi. Saru Maru houses several stupas and natural caves for monks. Many Buddhist graffitis have been found. In the main cave, two inscriptions of Ashoka were found.

Visiting Information to Saru Maru Caves
Sehore Railway Station and Raja Bhoj Airport are the nearest for the Saru Maru Caves. Sehore District lies on the National Highway 19 to connect to other major cities of India.
