Sanghi Temple is situated in Sanghi Nagar in the Indian state of Telangana. It is located at a distance of almost 35 kms from Hyderabad city. The temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman.
Sanghi Temple has been built according to the architectural designs of South India. The temple constructed atop the Paramanand Giri hill houses several Hindu idols. The entrance gate or the Maha Dwaram designed beautifully welcomes the devotees. A stone idol of an elephant has been built at the stairway. At the foot of the hillock three huge gopurams has been made.
The shrine of Lord Anjaneya i.e. Lord Hanuman, the son of Anjana Devi and Lord Vayu has been constructed on top of the temple complex. The sanctum sanctorum also houses the idol of Lord Venkateshwara. It is almost 91/2 ft in height. Apart from this there are several other idols installed in the temple such as Padmavati, Lord Rama, Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha, Anjaneya, Lord Kartikeya, Goddess Ashtalakshimi, Goddess Durga and Navagrahas.
Sanghi Temple complex also has a `pavitra vanam` or a holy garden. It grows various types of flowers that are used for worshipping the gods.
Every day in the morning "Suprabhatam" is recited and then the archana of the goddess is performed. Weekly abhishekam is also performed to the deities. On Mondays Sri Ramalingeshwara is worshipped, on Tuesdays Lord Hanuman is worshipped and on Fridays Sri Venkateshwara, Ashtalakshmi, Parvati, Padmavati and Rama are venerated. Devotees from different places flock the temple to seek the blessings of the gods.
