Location of Rajbag Beach
Rajbagh Beach in Goa is also known as Raj Baga Beach or Rajbaga Beach. It is situated four kilometres south from the famous beach of Goa, Palolem Beach in Canacona region of South Goa District.

Geography of Rajbag Beach
Rajbag beach in Goa is situated across a small watercourse at the south end of the Palolem beach. This southern most part of Goan beach has a vast stretch of white sand, casuarinas trees and many dunes. The sand here is clean and also the water is safe for swimming.

Tourism in Rajbag Beach
Rajbag Beach is not a private beach, but it has very few other visitors except hotel guests. The bars and the restaurants placed at the beach are both the property of the hotel. Usually all tourists come to take a snack here from some other places. Palolem Beach which is located adjacent to Rajbag Beach also attracts visitors. Rajbag Beach itself is very nice, beautiful and clean; the length of the beach is about 1 km. Rajbag sea coastline is covered with high palm trees and heavy pine trees which stretch from the cape, that separate the Rajbag resort from the neighbouring Patnem Beach resort, up to the Talpona River mouth.

Visiting Information
Rajbag beach is the virgin beach of Goa. This place acts as the place of romantic walk. One can also enjoy a hand paddled ferry trip at Rajbag in the Talpona River south from the beach to get across. Near the Rajbag Beach, there is another virgin beach which is accessible easily is the Talpona beach. Talpona beach has low dunes and palm forests which attract mainly the international tourists. One can reach Rajbag Beach from any nearby beaches by taxi or rickshaws services or simply on a rented scooter or motorcycle. During low water, one can even walk from Palolem Beach and Patnem Beach to this beach destination in Goa.
