Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) is a management entrance examination that is organized by the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. This entrance test is conducted for taking admission into the professional two-year MBA degree programmes offered by the state Management Institutions of the state of Rajasthan. Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) is open to all those candidates only who are of Rajasthan domicile. Application Forms
Students willing to appear for Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) need to register first. They must note that there is no separate provision for applying to institutes separately. The candidates can get the RMAT Information Bulletin and the Application Form by post by sending a bank demand draft of the requisite amount drawn in favour of `Coordinator, RMAT` payable at Udaipur. They need to send the bank draft along with their request to the office of the Coordinator at Udaipur. The students can also download the application form from their official website.

Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT)
The minimum academic qualification required for appearing in Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) is a bachelor`s degree certificate (10+2+3) from any recognized university or board. A minimum of 50% marks in total without any estimate in the graduate examination. The candidates who have either appeared or are appearing for the final year examination can also appear for this test. But at the time of admissions they need to show their qualifying examination pass certificate. They also need to submit a certificate from the concerned college or institution. Moreover, the candidates need to be of Rajasthan domicile.

Pattern of Examination
The test paper of Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) basically comprises 200 questions in total including questions from Mathematics, English language, Reasoning and General Knowledge. The questions are objective types with four multiple choice answers. The total duration of this management entrance test is 2 hours. 200 is the total number of marks of this test. There is no system of negative marking in this test. The question pattern of Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) is as follows -

• Reasoning and Aptitude (40 question)

•Data Analysis and Interpretation (40 questions)

• Mathematical Ability (40 questions)

• English Language Proficiency (40 questions)

• General Awareness (40 questions)

Syllabus
The candidates are advised to prepare according to the test pattern that is followed in Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) as there is no set syllabus for this entrance test.

Selection Process
The candidates are short listed on the basis of the aggregate marks (in all sections) obtained in the written examination of Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test (RMAT). The students are finally admitted to the various management institutes of the state of Rajasthan in order of merit. Like for instance if two candidates obtain same marks in written examination, then their relative merit is decided on the basis of the percentage of scores achieved in the degree examination.
