Pronay Halder came from a middle class family. He was born on 25th February 1993 in Barrackpore, which is located in East Indian State, West Bengal. He is an Indian footballer who sounds technically and tactically. Pronay Halder plays primarily as a Defensive Midfielder and is one of the promising Indian players around.

Career of Pronay Halder
As Pronay Halder was born and brought up in Barrackpur of West Bengal, he started his domestic career with playing as a local team footballer. Then, Pronay Halder started his youth career with Tata FA in 2007 and got graduated in the year 2010.

Pronay Halder with Pailan Arrows
Pronay Halder had signed for Pailan Arrows Football team in the I-League for the 2011-12 I-League seasons in the summer of 2011. Pronay Halder then played in Pailan`s second victory of the season in a Round 23 match against HAL.

Pronay Halder with Dempo Sports Club
On 26th October 2013 it was confirmed that Pronay Halder has signed for Dempo Sports Club on loan from IMG Reliance with three other players like Alwyn George, Holicharan Narzary and Narayan Das. Pronay Halder made his debut for Dempo in the I-League on 1 November 2013 against Mohun Bagan Athletic Club and played the whole match; as Dempo SC drew the match 0–0.

Pronay Halder in 2014 Indian Super League
Pronay Halder represented Football Club Goa during the 2014 Indian Super League but was unfortunate not to feature in any game due to an injury, which will keep him out of most of the beginning of the 2014-15 I-League seasons too.

Pronay Halder in International Arena
Pronay Halder has played with the India U19 National Football Team squad before. He played in three matches for India U19 National Football Team and scored a stunning goal against Uzbekistan U19 National Football Team. Pronay Halder was the part of India U23 National Football Team for 2013 AFC U-22 Asian Cup qualification which was held in Oman from 23 June 2012.
