Priyanshu Chatterjee, Indian Movie ActorPriyanshu Chatterjee is a popular Indian Movie actor who works in Hindi films as well as Bengali film industries. Before venturing into films, he was an active model. He marked his debut with the hit Bollywood flick "Tum Bin" and subsequently starred in many other movies in diverse roles. Priyanshu Chatterjee has also appeared in a Punjabi movie and a Hindi-Urdu movie. He has worked with a famous actress like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sandali Sinha, and Dia Mirza.

Early Life of Priyanshu Chatterjee
Priyanshu Chatterjee was born on 20th February 1973 in New Delhi. He was a commerce student and did his graduation from Delhi University. After completing his studies, he was doing internship for becoming a chartered accountant and it was during this period he took up modelling as a first step into the entertainment industry. He also attended Kishore Namit Kapoor"s School of Acting.

Career of Priyanshu Chatterjee
Priyanshu Chatterjee stepped into the entertainment world through modelling. As a model he worked for the projects of various noted brands like Digjam"s Print Campaign, Four Square, Wills Cigarette, Levi"s and others. Subsequently he appeared in a pop music video of the famous playback singer Udit Narayan. He did modelling for about 5 years before venturing into films.

Priyanshu Chatterjee, Indian Movie ActorIn 2001, Priyanshu Chatterjee made his acting debut in romantic-drama movie, "Tum Bin" by Anubhav Sinha. The movie starred Sandali Sinha, Himanshu Malik and Raqesh Vashisth. His debut movie becomes one of the Sleeper Hits in the box office of India and was praised for his role. Following the success of the movie, director Anubhav Sinha cast him in his next project "Aapko Pehle Bhi Kahin Dekha Hai" in 2003. In the film he starred alongside Sakshi Shivanand, Farida Jalal and Om Puri. However the film did not replicate the success of "Tum Bin" and failed at the box office.

In the same year, 2003, Priyanshu Chatterjee featured in two more Bollywood flicks. First one was a romantic-drama "Dil Ka Rishta" in which he starred alongside Aishwarya Rai and the second one was "Pinjar" in which he appeared along with Sandali Sinha. In the following year, Priyanshu Chatterjee was a part of three films namely "Madhoshi", "Julie" and "Woh" but none of them proved to be successful at the box office. In the year 2008 he played a small role in the multi-starrer "Bhoothnath" in which he essayed the role of the son of Amitabh Bachchan. In 2010, Priyanshu Chatterjee made his debut in Bengali movie, "Moner Manush" and then Punjabi movie, "Sirphire" in 2012. He was last seen in the period heist drama movie, "Baadshaho" in 2017.
