Phur Tsa Chu is situated on the bank of Rangeet River in Sikkim. It is a famous hot spring in Sikkim and is also known as "Reshi Hot Spring". Phur-Tsa-Chu means "hot springs" in Sikkimese language. Phur Tsa Chu is half an hour drive from Legship and one hour drive from Jorethang. This site gives in for a prominent hot spring point that spellbinds all those who opt to give a visit to the place.
Pilgrims from different places come to dip in this hot spring during the month of January to March. This spring is said to have medicinal properties believed to cure many ailments of the skin, bones, joints and muscles. Beautifully spotting the bank of River Rangeet, this hot spring is considered sacred by masses. People from all over flock in to give a dip into this water. There is a small Buddhist monastery and holy cave called “Lho Khandro Sang Phugâ€, also known as the cave of occult fairies. It lies adjacent to the hot spring pond where the visitors make offerings.

The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport and the nearest railheads are at New Jalpaiguri and Siliguri. From there buses, private cars or taxis are available for Jorethang which is in West Sikkim district. Phur Tsa Chu is about an hour"s drive from there.
