British Residency Bunglow
British Residency Bunglow is also known as the Government Guest House or Residency Bungalow. It is a two-storied palace situated at Asramam in the city of Kollam in the Indian state of Kerala. British Residency Bunglow lies close to the site of the old Kollam Airport situated at Asramam in the city of Kollam and was built by Colonel John Munro in between 1811-1819. British Residency Bunglow is a noted landmark in Kollam City like the Chinnakada Clock Tower.

Cheena Kottaram
Cheena Kottaram or China Palace is a rest house in Kollam. This palace is constructed in 1904 for Sri Mulam Tirunal Rama Varma, the then King of Travancore Cheena Kottaram or China Palace got completed along with the commissioning of Kollam-Sengottai branch line. It is a single storied red-brick building with seven rooms. The architecture of Cheena Kottaram is Indo-Saracenic - generally a blend of Indian architecture, European, Islamic and Moorish architecture.

Sri Moolam Thirunal Palace
Sri Moolam Thirunal Palace or SMP Palace is a palace situated near the heart of the city of Kollam in South Indian states of Kerala. Sri Moolam Thirunal Palace was constructed in the year 1936 as a commemorate for the Shashtabda Poorthi (60th birthday) of the then ruler of erstwhile Travancore, Moolam Thirunal Rama Varma.

Thevally Palace
Thevally Palace is a popular heritage Palace situated at the banks of Ashtamudi lake, in Thevally of Kollam. Thevally Palace is an important historic monument in the state of Kerala in India. Thevally Palace was built in between 1811 to 1819 the reign of Gowri Parvati Bayi. It is considered as a "Hallmark of Kollam City". Now the palace is used as the NCC Group Headquarters of Kollam district. The palace and its premises are now owned by PWD.
