Early Life of Naman Shaw
Born on December 18, 1982 in Kolkata, West Bengal, Naman Shaw completed his schooling from St. Joseph"s College. He participated in the 2003 Grasim Mr. India pageant, where he was presented the “Best Smile Award”. In the year 2004, he participated in Zee TV`s talent hunt show "India`s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj", where he finished in the top 15.

Television Career of Naman Shaw
Post finishing in the top 15 of "India`s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj", Naman Shaw stayed back in Mumbai, giving auditions for different roles and in six months time, he bagged a role in the television soap "Kasamh Se" of Balaji Telefilms. Thus he made his television debut portraying the character Pushkar Shukla in the serial, alongside Prachi Desai, Roshni Chopra and Ram Kapoor. He was next seen in another premier Balaji Telefilms" soap opera `Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi`, as Nakul Virani, the character of the son of Ganga and Sahil Virani, appearing alongside Kratika Sengar and Anita Hassanandani. He was then seen in a brief role in "Kasturi" as Kasturi`s fiancée Girish. He also appeared as Nihaal Garewal in "Kasautii Zindagii Kay", alongside Kratika Sengar. He later had another brief role of Vidhyud in "Kahe Naa Kahe" that aired on 9X channel.

Naman Shaw, Indian Television ActorNaman was seen in different television shows, namely Sony TV"s "Jeet Jayenge Hum", "Ssshhhh...Phir Koi Hai" on STAR One, "Rakt Sambandh" and "Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga" on NDTV Imagine, "Khushiyon Kii Gullak Aashi" on Sony Pal and Colors TV`s popular show "Kairee - Rishta Khatta Meetha", as Anuj replacing Jay Bhanushali. He also participated in the dance reality show "Nach Baliye 4", along with TV actress Megha Gupta, the couple finishing runner-up.

Naman Shaw was seen in Life OK"s TV drama "Piya Rangrezz" as Aditya Pratap Singh, and is currently seen as lead antagonist Kunj Manohar Sarna in Zee TV"s romantic drama "Tashan-e-Ishq", earlier played by Sidhant Gupta. It also features Jasmin Bhasin and Zain Imam in the lead roles. He has been associated with Balaji Telefilms in his television career.
