Muzammil Ibrahim is a model and actor, and has been in music videos. He started his modeling career at an early age of 18 by winning the Gladrags Manhunt Title, becoming the youngest title winner thus far. Muzammil gained household recognition when he featured in the hit music video "Pardesia", followed by two other music videos "Kabhi Aisa Hai", and "Pyaar Sirf Tumse", by singer Lucky Ali. All these music videos were chartbusters and made Muzammil a nationwide teenage heart throb. Recently, Muzammil featured in A.R.Rahman`s music video "Aa Bhi Jaa" from the album "Raunaq".
He made his debut in 2007 with the film "Dhokha" where he played the lead role of `ACP Zaid Ahmed Khan`. The film was produced by Mahesh Bhatt, and directed by Pooja Bhatt. It won Muzammil much critical acclaim and he was hailed as the discovery of the decade and a future star by critics and audience alike. "Dhokha" due to its strong issue and penetrating performances was made tax free nationwide in its 2nd week of running. He was nominated for `Filmfare Award`, `IIFA Award` and `Stardust Award` in the category of `Best Debutant` for the film "Dhokha".
