Museum of Christian Art, GoaThe Indian National Trust established the Museum of Christian Art for Art and Cultural Heritage in collaboration with Calouste Gulbentian foundation of Portugal. It was opened for the public in 1994.Previously it was located in Margao at Rachol.

It was later relocated inside the campus of Santa Monica convent in old Goa.The museum is the treasure trove of church art and craft of Portuguese period. The Museum has an amazing collection of elements made of gold and other precious stones. The prominent collections are Jesus as shepherd with his flock of lambs, St. Mary Magdalene stands in the front grotto, the mother Pelican plucks open her breast and feeds her young on her own blood at the time of famine. The Museum is open on all days from 9:30 am to 5:00pm.
