Nandanoori Mukesh Kumar was born on April 16, 1970 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He is a midfielder field hockey player from India. In the early 1992, Mukesh Kumar made his international debut for the Men`s National Team. He was nicknamed Murali. In a consecutive manner at three Summer Olympics Kumar represented his native country. This manner has started from the year 1992 in Barcelona, Spain. In the 1992 Olympics, India finished in seventh place.
In the year 1999, Jan 24, Mukhesh Kumar married to Nidhi Khullar and the couple has 2 children. Currently he serves as the Commercial Manager at Indian Airlines. At the national level he was conferred with the Arjuna Awards in the year 1995 and one of the highest civilian awards by the Government of India, Padma Shree in the year 2003.
