Indian ministers are the innumerable Council of Ministers of the Government of India who have been entrusted the responsibility of supervising various administrative departments and offices. They are all part of the Union Ministries in Delhi. Manmohan Singh belongs to the Upper House of the Parliament of India, Rajya Sabha and held that office from 2004 till 2009, his first term. The three groups if Indian ministers in the order of their ranks include Union Cabinet Minister, Minister of State (Independent Charges) and Minister of State or MoS.
Union Ministers of India
The Union Cabinet Minister is entitled to hold charges of other Ministries and is the senior ministry-in-charge of the Indian ministry, especially which is not administered by any other Cabinet Minister.
Manmohan Singh
Dr. Manmohan Singh is the 13th and current Prime Minister of India and is credited for being the singular Indian Prime Minister who regained political power after conclusion of a five-year-term, after Jawaharlal Nehru. His portfolios include Department of Space, Planning Commission, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and Department of Atomic Energy.
A.K. Antony
Arackaparambil Kurien Antony is the present Defence Minister of the nation and was a Member of Parliament of Rajya Sabha. He is in charge of the Ministry of Defence. Currently, Antony serves as a member of Congress Working Committee, Central Election Committee, Chairman of the Disciplinary Action Committee of the All India Congress Committee, etc.
Sharad Pawar
Sharad Chandra Govindrao Pawar is the president of the party named Nationalist Congress Party established by him in 1999 and formerly was Chief Minister of Maharashtra and held office of the Ministry of Defence. Today, he works as the Minister of Agriculture.
P. Chidambaram
Having served as the Finance Minister of the country from May 2004 till November 2008, Chidambaram Palaniappan belongs to the Indian National Congress and is the present supervisor of the Ministry of Finance, of the Republic of India.
Salman Khurshid
Salman Khurshid is the Cabinet Minister of the Ministry of External Affairs and is a reputed author and lawyer. During the General Elections of 2009, he had been elected from Farrukhabad Constituency.
Sushilkumar Shinde

Girija Vyas is a poet and writer and is presently the Minister of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation since June 2013 in Indian Cabinet. Today, she also serves as a member of the 15th Lok Sabha from the constituency of Chittorgarh.
Choudhary Ajit Singh is the son of the previous Indian Prime Minister Choudhury Charan Singh and belongs to the department of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, having being inducted for the post on 18th December, 2011.

Dinsha Jhaverbhai Patel is a member of 15th Lok Sabha and hails from the Kheda constituency of Gujarat and is a member of the Indian National Congress and is the Minister of Mines.
