Located in the dense forests of Nallamalla in Nagarkurnool in the Indian state of Telangana, the Mallela Theertham is a waterfall and an eco tourism spot. The water comes from a small rivulet and from this area; it flows through the dense jungle, finally merging into the Krishna River. The best time to visit the Mallela Theertham waterfall is during the months of October to February. The remaining months other than March to June are rainy and become difficult to access the waterfall due to muddy roads. The Mallela Theerthan is located around 58 km from Srisailam and 185 km from Hyderabad.
