Maladevi Temple, Gyaraspur, VidishaMaladevi Temple is located in Gyaraspur Tehsil of Vidisha district in Madhya Pradesh. The additional point of attraction in Maladevi Temple of Gyaraspur in Vidisha is, it is located on the slopes of a hill, overlooking a valley. Placed on a huge platform cut out of a hillside and reinforced by a massive retaining wall, the temple has a stupendous and imposing effect on its visitors.

Maladevi Temple, Gyaraspur, Vidisha constitutes of an entrance porch, a hall and a shrine surrounded by a circulatory passageway, topped with a lofty shikara, all lapped with rich carvings. But, now Jain images occupy the sanctum hall. Evidence suggests that a figure of a goddess taking up the dedicatory block on the outer door frame and other ornamental sculptures probably indicate that the temple was originally devoted to some goddess and it was subsequently seized by the Jains.
