Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam, also known as Ahrar, was an Indian conservative Sunni Muslim political party that existed during the rule of the British Empire in India.

Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam, also known as Majlis E Ahrar E Islam or simply as Ahrar, was an Indian conservative Sunni Muslim political party that existed during the rule of the British Empire in India. The party played a significant role in the Indian political scenario before the Partition of India. The Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam party was associated with opposition to the political views of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and establishing of the sovereign Dominion of Pakistan and the persecution of the Ahmadis community. Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam was founded by Syed Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari and Chaudhry Afzal Haq on 29 December 1929. The party followed the ideology of Khatme Nabuwwat and Islamism. The flag of the Muslim political party comprised of black, white and Red. The party consisted of Indian Muslims who were disappointed by the Khilafat Movement. The Ahrar party was based in the territory of Punjab. The Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam Party also served as a type of Muslim self-defense militia against Hindu paramilitaries. Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam or Majlis E Ahrar E Islam was established before the Partition of India and advocated a unified Muslim community in the country. It opposed the activities of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, which emerged from the Ahmadiyya movement formed by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian in India in the year 1889. The Ahmadiyya movement was an Islamic reformist movement that was established in British India during the end of the 19th century, initiating with the teachings of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.

The Indian conservative Sunni Muslim political party of Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam opposed the welfare activities of the second leader of the Ahmadiyya community, Mirza Basheer Ud Din Mahmood Ahmad, in Kashmir. After the nation achieved independence from the supremacy of the British administration and the division of the country into the Union of India and the dominion of Pakistan, the Majlis E Ahrar Ul Islam became active in Lahore. The political party, together with the Jamiat E Islami, was also involved in the persecutions of Ahmadis in Pakistan.

* Agha Shorish Kashmiri, served as the Secretary General, Punjab (1945)
* Sheikh Hissam Ud Din as the Head and also served as the Secretary General (1953)
* Abdul Latif Khalid Cheema served as the Secretary General
