Maghi DanceMaghi dance is a popular dance form performed in the Bihar state of India. This dance is celebrated with much pomp and gaiety. It consists of carefree scamper of girls and boys throughout the village

The performers also go to other villages. A group of almost three thousand people are formed for the celebration of the dance program which also includes feasting and merrymaking.

The men and women devote themselves completely into the celebration. The men in these festivals act as masters and head the program and the girls with arms follow the steps of the men who dance in front of them.
