Loanna Srinivasan,  Indian DancerLoanna Srinivasan started her Kathak dance training as a child in Lucknow style. Firstly she was trained under Maya Rao of the Natya-Ballet- centre in Delhi. Under Pandit Vijai Shankar in Calcutta, she later studied dance. Today, she has been regarded as one of the most promising talents of the new generation of Kathak dancers.

Since 1986, Ioanna has been executing, choreographing and teaching classical Kathak dance and experimental dance theatre.
