It falls from the height of 337 metres. It lies on the river Kynshi near Sangriang village. It is formed when the two different streams of River Kynshi meet near Sangriang. It is at its best during the monsoons when the river has abundant water and the flow is more forceful. It is close to the largest island in Asia, Nongkhnum Island. It is just 10 kilometres away from this island. The nature`s panorama that surrounds the fall is a treat to the eyes. The best view of the Langshiang Falls can be experienced from Mawpon village. The other waterfalls located near Langshiang Falls are Wei Spi falls and `kshaid chong` falls.
