Lakhandai River, a rain fed river of Bihar traverses through the districts of Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga.

During the course of the river rises from the hills of Sidhuli Garhi region and meets with the Bhurengi.River. The Lakhandai River rises and falls quickly in a current rapid flow in the upper reaches.
