Kushal Punjabi, Indian TV ActorKushal Punjabi has carved out a special place in the hearts of his huge fan following with his striking looks and immense acting potential. He started his career as the cabin crew of Jet Airways and is now soaring great heights. He is a Taurian by birth and has done everything from ad-films to ramp modeling, films to music videos to theater and television. His birthday falls on 23rd April every year. The list in fact does not stop there. It goes on and on with other remarkable achievements of his. It comes as no surprise at all that his well-toned body has won him the Best Physique Award at the Gladrags Manhunt Megamodel Contest. He was a very famous model on the modeling circuit much before the Gladrags happened. He is always known to be a self-confessed party animal. That also made him end among the tinsel town`s glitterati when an acting stint in `The Mouthful of Sky` happened. This was followed by a telefilm by Pamela Yash Chopra titled `Humko Ishq Ne Mara`. Following that he was spotted by the creative genius Ken Ghosh. He then offered Kushal a music video of the remix of `Pehla Nasha`. Soon after he also shot for Shweta Shetty`s `Deewane Toh Deewane Hai` followed by Shaan`s `Loveology`. He then starred in another Bollywood flick called `Bombay Boys`. He also did a cameo in the Bollywood chartbuster `Lakshya` by the renowned filmmaker Farhan Akhtar. Then he also made a brief appearance in another Bollywood blockbuster `Kaal` produced jointly by Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar.

Kushal Punjabi has also made his mark in the television industry. He has acted in a host of serials like `Dekho Magar Pyar Se`, which was aired on Star Plus channel sometime back. And then he is soon to appear on `Le Jayenge Le Jayenge`, which is yet to see the light of the day. He also did a small character portrayal in the popular Balaji soap `Kkusum`. But he remains to be unsatisfied by his successful acting stints. He however has other goals for himself. Although he is not sure about his future plans, he appears to have a tryst with his destiny. In his personal life Kushal Punjabi is however a very chilled out person. The greatest inspiration of his life is his dad who has been his all time companion. In his spare time he likes to dance, watch foreign language films, reading and riding fast bikes. He is also very much a travel person and often goes for short trips. He is a hard-core party animal. According to him success is like a ladder, which he climbs to reach the top and feel happy. He feels that the television industry has a lot more to offer him and also feels that it is rapidly growing and building up the future of entertainment industry in the Indian subcontinent. The feeling of love is very painful to him. The thing he is always scared of is being influenced by negativity.

The most memorable moment in the life of Kushal Punjabi came when he bagged the opportunity to choreograph Gladrags Contest in the year 2000. About his love life he claims that he is not ready to settle down yet and still considers marriage as an other option of unhappiness. However he had his share of crushes. His first crush happened at the tender age of 15 with an 18 year old lass called Samma who had taken him to her school fair. He advices the budding talents not to choose modeling as a career option as it sometimes leads one to do things which is against their moral values. He claims that to be an actor he did not combat competition in the industry but found out his strong points, realized his USP and then made use of all his advantages; and that is what brought him to where he is today.
