Keri Beach, GoaKeri Beach in Goa is a beach located at the north of the Arambol beach. Keri beach is backed with palms and casuarinas trees. The white sandy beach of Keri is one amongst the lesser-crowded beaches of Goa. Keri Beach is popularly known as a sea shore marvel.

Location of Keri Beach
It is located in the northernmost of Goa. Keri Beach attracts fewer visitors, and therefore fewer vendors, than most of Goa beaches. It is 1.7 kilometres (1 mile) from the Maharashtra Border. Keri Beach is situated at a distance of 30 kilometres from Mapusa.

Things to do in Keri Beach
Keri Beach comprises with a long stretch of sand with a small number of rocky outcrops. The ancient turquoise-and-white Ajoba Temple of the beach attracts a number of tourists. The centuries-old Goan houses are also another attraction of Keri Beach. In nearby of the beach, there is the Terekhol River Crossing, a ferryboat service which can take visitors from the Sindhudurg District to North Goa. Just across the river, there is the 17th-century Terekhol Fort, which has been converted into a hotel.

Redi Ganpati Temple also near Keri Beach to and its idol is said to have originated on its own. Terekhol Fort is also another attraction of Keri Beach. Nearby the Sai Baba Temple and Ravalnath Temple is also one more attraction of Keri Beach. One can also enjoy water sport activities at the Querim beach ort Keri Beach. It offers paragliding, zorbing and angling.

Visiting Information of Keri Beach
There is a ferry service available that takes the visitor to Terekol fort in every 30 minutes, except at low tide. Keri beach can be reached from Arambol Beach. To reach at Keri Beach people can take a bus or taxi from central Goa. Dabolim Airport is the nearest airport and Thivim Railway Station is the nearest Railway Station.
