The Indian movie `Johnny Gaddar` is the second movie of director producer Sriram Raghavan. The first one was `Ek Hasina Thi` which has won rave reviews from the critics. And this time he is back with another suspense thriller `Johnny Gaddar`. This is another Bollywood movie inspired by Hollywood films. Some of the script is borrowed from James Hadley Chase novels and some part is from Amitabh Bachchan starrer `Parwana`. But the interesting part is that these clues are clearly revealed in the movie as the central character Johnny watches the film `Parwana` and from there he takes inspiration to double cross his business associates whereas in some other scene he also reads one of the novels of James Hadley Chase.
The Bollywood movie `Johnny Gaddar` contains a different storyline and the Director Sriram has chosen to make it different. In many thrillers the identity of the criminal is kept a secret till the climax. But on a different note, in Johnny Gaddar the audience knows right from the beginning who the culprit is. Johnny Gaddar is full of surprises and suspense. Although the movie sometimes slows down pace and hence suffers to do complete justice as a suspense thriller but still the script is interesting, with twists and turns.
