Anacardium 30: Indigestion from sedentary habits and eating in a hurry without proper chewing. Extreme forgetfulness and an irresistible desire to curse and swear are other features of this medicine. The patient should immediately take the medicine.

Carbo veg 30: The medicine named Carbo veg can be used when the following symptoms are present. Even simple foods disagree, causing excessive gas, which accumulates in the upper abdomen. Belching and passing flatus gradually relieve the discomfort.

Lycopodium 30: Indigestion from lack of physical exercise with an accumulation of gas in the lower abdomen especially from 4 to 8 p.m. Constant sour belching, often relieved by warm drinks. There is intense hunger, but only a few morsels fill up the stomach. Craving for sweets and warm foods or drinks is another feature of this remedy.

Nux v 30: Indigestion from consuming an excess of tea, coffee, alcohol and leading an irregular life are the main symptoms for which the medicine should be used. There is a sensation of fullness in the stomach and nausea. The victim feels that voluntary vomiting will relieve his discomfort. An oversensitive nature, frequent ineffectual desire for passing stools and a tendency to catch colds are other pointers to this medicine.

Puls 30: The type of indigestion which occurs especially of rich and fatty foods. There is pain in the stomach, which shifts from one spot to another. A weeping nature and thirstlessness are other features of this remedy.
