Harshavardhan Neotia is also one of the co-owners of Atletico de Kolkata along with Sourav Ganguly, Atletico Madrid, Sanjeev Goenka, Utsav Parekh and Santosh Shaw. Harshavardhan Neotia is also serving as a Senior Vice-President of FICCI.

Early Life of Harshavardhan Neotia
Harshavardhan Neotia was born on 19th July 1961. He was born and brought up in Kolkata in a Marwari family. He attended La Martiniere Calcutta for Boys and graduated in Commerce from St. Xavier`s College, Kolkata. He has completed HBS`s Executive Education Programme - Owner President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School.

Career of Harshavardhan Neotia
Harshavardhan Neotia is the founder of one of the first joint sector companies in India, "Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Limited" in partnership with the Government of West Bengal. The idea behind this joint sector venture was to promote social housing development in urban India. Ambuja Realty Group has developed many properties across India.

Achievements of Harshavardhan Neotia
Harshavardhan Neotia is also the pioneer of modern Public-private partnership housing system in Kolkata. He also serves as a member on `Board of Governors of IIM Kolkata. Ambuja Realty Group has developed many modern, plush and remarkable real estate projects in West Bengal including Udayan, The Condoville-Swissotel Kolkata, Neotia Vista and Ganga Kutir.

Awards Received by Harshavardhan Neotia
Harshavardhan Neotia was conferred the Padmashri Award, the highest civilian award by the Government of India, in the year 1999 for his outstanding initiative in the field of social housing. He has been awarded with Young Presidents` Organization YPO Legacy of Honour Award and works as the Honorary Consul of Israel in West Bengal.

Harshavardhan Neotia is a member of the Society of Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. Harshavardhan Neotia is also a Member of the First Court of Tripura University. Harshavardhan Neotia is the Vice President of FICCI. He is also a Member of the Chief Minister"s Advisory Council, Government of Rajasthan. Harshavardhan Neotia is a Member of the Chief Minister"s Core Committee on Industry, Government of West Bengal. Harshavardhan Neotia is a also a member of the Board of Shree Somnath Trust, Gujarat.
