The Government Museum at Tirunelveli in the state of Tamil Nadu was established in the year 1992. It is a multipurpose museum exactly located on the Trivandrum High Road.
The objects that have been displayed in the museum include art, archaeology, anthropology, numismatics, philately, botany, zoology and geology.
People who are interested to visit the museum may come between 9:30am to 5pm except on Fridays, Saturdays and National Holidays.
