Government Museum at Tiruchirapalli, Tamil NaduThe Government Museum at Tiruchirapalli in the state of Tamil Nadu was established in the year 1982. It is a multipurpose museum.

The objects that have been exhibited in the museum include archaeological, anthropological, numismatics, zoological, botanical, geological, biological display objects, arts & crafts, natural history objects, philately and objects of children`s interest.

People who are interested to view the museum may come between 9:30am to 5pm except on Fridays, second Saturdays and National Holidays.
