The palace is situated on the route of the well known Sam Sand Dunes and is now one of the most popular heritage hotels in the city.

Etymology of Gorbandh Palace
The palace acquired its name from a Rajasthani tradition in which the Rajasthani women weave a Gorbandh or cover for their husbands" camels with different materials like shell, beads, sequin or buttons.

Gorbandh Palace maintains the Rajasthani tradition and the hotel keeps an authentic ambience and decor while providing modern facilities to the guests.
