Goa State MuseumGoa State Museum is located near EDC Complex, Patto, Panaji. It was established in 1977. This museum is under the Department of Archives in Goa.

The museum is divided into 12 galleries and has a huge collection of over 8000 articles. Goa State Museum houses Hindu and Jain sculptures, wooden objects, handicrafts, textiles, coins bronzes, paintings from all over India, manuscripts, anthropological objects and clay models. Goa State Museum is open on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Other Holidays.
