Galudih is a densely populated town of Jharkhand. This hilly town is situated in the East Singhbhum district of the state and spans the Chota Nagpur plateau. The place serves as a popular tourist spot having rocky hills and refreshingly cool breeze. It is believed that the place exhibits a healing effect for the people suffering from indigestion. Owing to this Galudih is also popular for being a health resort. Dense forest surrounds Galudih. The local river, Subarnarekha, meanders charmingly through the place. The mention of this river can also be found in the literary works of Bibhutibhusan Bandyopadhyay and Rabindranath Tagore. Another river known as Satgurum River flows just through the outer part of the town. The river is named so as seven streams of the river surrounds seven hills seven times.

Bibhutibhusan Library
Bibhutibhusan library was established in 1950 in the honour of the great Bengali writer Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay. In the year 1930, he visited Galudih from Kolkata during one of his weekend holiday and developed a liking for this place. He included the descriptions of mesmerizing beauty of this place in many of his literary works.

Phuldungiri
Phuldungiri is a beautiful hillock situated at a little distance from Galudih. A spiral pathway takes the tourists atop the hill. Abundant Sal trees cover this hill and pathway is adorned with red pebbles.

Burudih Lake
Burudih lake was created during the British rule in India. A number of speed and paddle boats take the tourists on a voyage in the lake. On the bank of the lake, Binda Mela is celebrated every year in the month of October. The place is also famous for housing a famous stone known as Panch Pandav.

Ratmohona
Ratmohona is located on the bank of Subernarekha River. The place offers mesmerizing views of sunrise and sunsets.

Dharagiri Waterfall
Dharagiri waterfall descends down from Dharagiri hill from a height of about 20 feet. Prehistoric stone carvings and a Kali temple are the famous tourist attractions of this place. It is also a famous picnic spot owing to its hilly forest terrain.

Temple Complex of Royal Dhalbhum Palace
The place is famed for a number of ancient temples including Dashbhuja temple, Tribeniswar and Langta Kotal Mandir. The temple belongs to the royal family.

Rajbari
